In this tiny border town between France and Belgium, life is all about customs. So when headlines announce the opening of the E.C. borders in the early 90’s, a loud cry of panic goes up – “Noooooooooooooo!” Ruben is a Belgian customs officer with an abiding hatred of all things French. Mathias is the French customs officer who’s secretly in love with Ruben’s sister, the girl from the chocolate shop, Louise.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
