Synopsis<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Franck (Beno\u00eet Magimel) and his longtime friends enjoy spending their weekends hunting together, but one Sunday, they come across another group of hunters who start targeting them without explanation. When one of their party is shot, Franck\u2019s friends strike back, sending an attacker to the ground. Barely managing to escape, the four friends keep the event a secret. Franck tries to go back to his life as usual alongside his wife Krystel (M\u00e9lanie Laurent), but in the next few days, he starts to feel like he and his friends are being watched, or worse, tracked by hunters who are now hell-bent on revenge.<\/p>\n

Director’s biography<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A former journalist at\u00a0Cahiers du Cin\u00e9ma<\/i>,\u00a0C\u00e9dric Anger<\/b>\u00a0turned to screenwriting at the turn of the 21st century, co-writing Xavier Beauvois’\u00a0To Matthieu<\/i>\u00a0(2000). In 2002, he wrote and directed his first short,\u00a0Novela<\/i>, then went on to cowrite Werner Schroeter’s\u00a0Deux<\/i>\u00a0(2002) and Xavier Beauvois’\u00a0The Young Lieutenant<\/i>\u00a0(2005). He returned to the director’s chair with\u00a0The Killer<\/i>\u00a0(COLCOA 2008);\u00a0The Counsel<\/i>\u00a0(2010);\u00a0Next Time I’ll Aim for the Heart<\/i>\u00a0(COLCOA 2015), which was nominated for a C\u00e9sar Award for Best Adapted Screenplay; and\u00a0Paris Pigalle<\/i>\u00a0(2018).
