While the judicial system and law enforcement institutions grapple with how to deal with “victimhood” and the seemingly incomprehensible responses we make when faced with violence and emotional trauma, Through the Night ultimately finds resilience and healing in a kind of sisterhood of mutual love and unconditional support.
