But given the child&#8217;s manipulative, at times less-than-forthright, modern-day &#8220;stage mother,&#8221; and her millions of rabid fans, potential suspects are plentiful. Loosely adapted from a best-selling novel by Delphine de Vigan, <em>The Disappearance of Kimmy Diore<\/em> peers into the dark side of the cult of celebrity, the obsession with appearances, a lust for mass adulation, and the inherent exploitation of children for financial gain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Co-creator <strong>Judith Havas<\/strong> has written numerous series, including seven episodes of <em>Cut<\/em> (2013); 10 episodes of <em>Fais pas ci, fais pas \u00e7a<\/em> (2012-2017), six episodes of <em>Standing Up<\/em> (2022), and three episodes of <em>Call My Agent!<\/em> (2018-2020), a show on which <strong>Victor Rodenbach<\/strong> was head writer in 2020, with writing credits on all six of those episodes.
