A 45-minute discussion with\u00a0Cl\u00e9ment Ducol and Camille, the composers\u00a0and songwriters\u00a0of EMILIA PEREZ\u2019s soundtrack, who will talk about their contribution to the creative process of the film, which was premiered in competition at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival and won 2 palms (Grand Prix du Jury, and Best Actresses). Released in the US by NETFLIX,\u00a0and starring Karla Sof\u00eda Gasc\u00f3n, Zoe Salda\u00f1a, Selena Gomez, Adriana Paz and \u00c9dgar Ramirez, the film is the official French entry for Best International Feature at the 96th Academy Awards and the Opening film of the 28th edition of The American French Film Festival.<\/p>\n

Cl\u00e9ment Ducol<\/strong>\u00a0is a French percussionist and composer who has established himself as a versatile and innovative figure in the music industry. Known for his work as a composer, arranger, and producer, his career spans various facets of music, including pop, classical, and film scores.<\/p>\n

Ducol has a long-standing collaboration with French singer Camille, contributing significantly to the arrangements and production of her acclaimed albums \u00a0ILO VEYOU (2011) and OU\u00cf (2017). They have been partners in life for 10+ years and share two children.\u00a0Ducol played a significant role in bringing the music of Leo Carax\u2019s\u00a0ANNETTE\u00a0<\/em>to life, collaborating closely with Sparks to arrange and orchestrate the music in the film.\u00a0 Ducol’s innovative contributions to music have earned him several awards and nominations, including:<\/p>\n

    Camille Dalmais<\/strong>, known as – Camille -, is a French singer, songwriter, and actress. She studied literature and music, later attending the prestigious Lyc\u00e9e Henri-IV. Camille has received numerous awards and nominations throughout her career, including:<\/p>\n
