Showrunner Anne Landois has worked as a television writer for some 27 years. Her credits include the TV movies Paroles d’enfant (1996), Crime sans témoin (1996), Dark Desires: Crime of Love (1997), La colère d’une mère (1997), Le mensonge (1997), Divorce sans merci (1998), and Rendez-moi justice (2007); as well as the TV series Un homme en colère (1999), Vérité oblige (2000), Brigade spéciale (2002), Duelles (2000-2002), Vertiges (1998-2003) and Septième ciel Belgique (2006-2007). She was creator and showrunner of the Canal+ mega-hit series Spiral (2010-17), which was nominated for an International BAFTA Award, as Best International Series, and snagged a 2015 Globes de Cristal Award for Best TV Movie or Series, and an International Emmy for Best Dramatic Series. Landois also created the TF1 miniseries The Promise (2020), which won the Audience Award at the Cognac Festival du Film Policier.
